Our journey started 28 years back in 1994 with visionary entrepreneur d. Siva Shanmugam our 1st construction project was in film city (tharamani, Chennai) following that in 1998 we completed our award-winning project from the southern railway we completed the bridge in just 4 weeks’ time site location: Kolavai Lake near paranur Toll Gate (Chengalpattu) after 1998 our growth in southern railway have exponentially grown the main reason for our growth was multi-tasking different projects at the same time and on-time delivery of project with the utmost quality. in 2001 we had a record of designing and executing the thinnest subway slab ( 35 cm thick, 7.5 m to 18.5 m spans (Various Span) the following subway are Pazavanthangal subway, Aranganathar subway, Madly subway, Duraiswamy subway, Nelson Manickam Road Subway our construction legacy in southern railway dint stop there.

We never stuck to one kind of projects rather we had an all-round performance in construction we have built many road over bridge in the upcoming years our company had an all-round performance in construction in southern railway from laying roads to constructing road over bridge, roads, track, water tank, buildings, PSC Slabs year 2010 we completed an astonishing number of 100 projects in southern railway we ended our construction journey in southern railways with a landmark project in vandalur an astonishing trade mark bridge which is located in vandaloor road - over bridge in the year 2012 with over 20 years of experience in quality construction and delivering projects on time. We started our real estate firm avittam homes in the year 2014. our 1st project was constructed and delivered in medavakam then we shifted our main focus on projects near GST road and airport so we started to focus more on pammal pallavaram and chromepet since we kept our promise of quality construction and on-time delivery we were able to make more sales of flats than before till now we have delivered more than 35+ flats and handed over flats to 500+ clients on time as promised
